Rising talent Erudith unleashes ‘Drop The Bass’ which has the hallmarks of a future classic, released on Champion Records on 19 July.
Proving why he is definitely one to watch, with ‘Drop The Bass’ Russian Producer Erudith harks back to the glory days of vintage early ‘90s house, with an anthemic vocal, captivating piano hooks, and a sultry saxophone, all deployed alongside a booty-shaking bassline!
Roman Shuev aka Erudith was born and raised in the south of Moscow. Having fronted bands in the 2000s, he switched to dance music and debuted under the name MotiBo in 2014, releasing on labels such as NYLO Music, Media Blackout and D2 Records. A remix of the MotiBo and UngaDumecollaboration ‘Let It Flow’ was the soundtrack to the 2018 film, Alterscape.
With Erudith, Roman Shuev unleashes a delicious fusion of modern tech house and classic sounding early house, infused with acid house rave sounds.Supporters for Erudith’s releases include Claptone who included ‘Freedom’ inhis May Clapcast mix and Claude VonStroke who opened his March edition ofThe Birdhouse Mix with Erudith’s ‘Only’. ‘Freedom’ was also included inTraxsource’s ‘Weekend Weapons’ playlist.
